Things to do in Bognor Regis

Bognor Regis Museum contains a wealth of information and pictures of Bognor Regis, and includes a wireless Museum of radios and electrical equipment dating back many years. Well worth a visit.

One of the most visited places in Bognor Regis has to be the Grade II listed pier. Bognor Regis pier was first opened in 1865, and since then thousands of visitors have walked upon the great Victorian structure to admire the beach views and take in the sea air. Entry onto and into the actual pier is free. 

Inside of the pier includes the Neptunes family entertainment centre, and Legends sports bar

Located close to Bognor Regis beach and the Town Centre, there are two six rink bowling greens with surrounding garden borders. Open from April - September. Rinks can be hired out by the hour.

Stretching from Aldwick to Middleton-on-Sea, the promenade at Bognor Regis is some 2.75 miles in length. Along the promenade, there are information panels providing a wealth of information about the beach, the Pier, the history of Bognor Regis and more.

Bognor Regis East Beach is the most popular beach in Bognor Regis due to its close proximity to the town centre as well as the food and drink stands on the promenade. This beach was used in the filming of the tv series, Don't Forget The Driver.

East Beach is also the view that you see on the Live EastCam webcam so when you visit make sure to phone your friends and give them a wave!

Parking

Fancy working out on the prom? Then have a go on the Bognor Regis promenade with 'flex on the beach'. There is a large variety of convenient exercise stands available to use for free. Great for taking a break from your walk along the prom and adding that little bit of exercise or training

The popular miniature railway runs through Hotham Park, allowing you to sit back and enjoy the ride. The railway is open April to September.

Arun Leisure Centre facilities include: 25 metre Swimming Pool, 25 metre Waterslide, Soft Play Area, Gymnasium, Squash Courts and Café. For opening times see their website.

Located in Felpham close to the beach, is the Blakes road sports site. Blakes road in Felpham is also the road in which Poet William Blake lived. The cottage where he lived is still there and can be seen to this day.
