Explore using the ‘wasted’ top floor as a roof garden cafe/market area taking advantage of the views of the Sea and The South Downs.
Also, improve Public Toilets opposite Morrisons main entrance in Bedford Street.
Both projects could be joint-funded by Morrisons who presently do not have a cafe/restaurant or toilets for customers
