Bike Pump track

Purpose built top spec pump track/ tracks built on west park.
Would not encroach a great deal on open space.
There could be scope for bike shop for rentals, repairs sales etc which would give an opportunity for new local businesses.

Amphitheater

Amphitheater with sail type canopy so it can be used year round, have free cabarets throughout the summer in the evenings like holiday resorts have with a variety of acts. Can also be used for payed attractions. Incorporate snack bar and gift shop.
The larger presence of families on the seafront will also reduce anti social behaviour. It will also benefit other local businesses/traders.

Zip Wire

Install a Zip Wire from the end of the pier down to the beach

Ice rink

I think Bognor is purely associated with Butlins - which provides jobs for the local people - however it doesn’t produce a lot in the way of local spending by tourists as it is mostly all inclusive. Everything is bought or catered for inside - meaning local small businesses don’t really benefit. Yes, they may visit town but that’s probably it. I think if we have a Bognor a new makeover - popular for the largest ice rink in the south we could make it great again - we seem to forget the Regis/Royal associations - Bognor is the brunt of jokes almost!

Fireport

A Heliport to offer helicopter rides around Bognor and the area.

Also a dedicated area for Firework displays in the park for a number of celebrations.

Perhaps consider holding the world firework championships in Bognor one year.

National Museum of Comedy

National Centre & Museum of Comedy
Bognor could/should play to its reputation of Fun by becoming the National Centre of Comedy and Humour. Thins would embrace Birdman, the restored Pier Theatre (dress up for Pier Music Hall), a new entertainment complex in the town, Birdman and much more.

Outdoor Movie Theatre

Outdoor Movie Theatre. It could be a temporary location with a large surface erected to project a movie onto, and have chairs situated, hired out or people could bring their own, as well as blankets. Hot and cold beverages and snacks could be sold. Staff from the Picturedrome could be involved as they would have the experience and expertise to make the event a success. Seeing as the event would be conducted outside, social distancing measures could be adhered to.
